This remarkable green phone has been designed by Je-Hyun Kim. Main components of the phone are hay, screen and keys and amazingly enough the phone will last for two years (functional life cycle). After this period, the phone would biodegrade and change into its components. The hay can be put anywhere and hardware components (keys and screen) can be recycled.
The only hitch of the Natural Year Phone is its durability. According to the experts this phone is less likely to survive a drop on the concrete and would disintegrate into pieces.This is how Natural Year Phone Looks in the start.  . And this is what will happen to the phone after two two years...
